Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.
A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!

My husband and I found Rolox when doing a google search. We were wanting to replace our back door with a sliding door for easy and convenient access to the back yard. We read the google reviews, which were really good so we submitted a request for a quote. Robert came out a few days later and measured and explained the process and all the options we could choose from. He also mentioned that if we were shopping around and received other quotes, he could pass the information on and see what could be done. We had received a quote from a different business few days prior and shared that information. David, the owner reached out same day and worked a pretty good deal with us since the door we were wanting, was in stock. I had to my windows replaced by 2 companies in my home. These were really old windows with a single sash and counter weights from the 20's. I reviewed Renewal, tried Champion for about 10 windows, then settled on Rolox replacing the rest. By far Rolox was the best Value, Experience, Products i've seen. Many window companies had far to many escape clauses in their warranties, typically over priced. Some windows, like Champion, although their warranty was honorable, when windy they leaked as they use spray foam to seal them. Rolox windows are designed up front to not leak, like ever, and they have the highest Heat absorption rate too. All in all, the quality and experience is unsurpassed.

Wish we had gotten new doors and windows sooner. Our gas bill this month is basically $175, same time last year it was over $300. Loved the windows replaced so much by Rolox, am editing our review to now say how glad we hired Rolox again, this time for bathroom remodel. Mom's house is very old, and having to step over the ugly tub to take a shower was starting to become a worry for her safety. We interviewed several companies, and based on our window experience with Rolox, it felt good to hire them again.Although the job took a bit longer than expected, we were happy that Rudy & Phil came to work each day with pleasant, kind attitudes, and prepared for the work. Such a relief that they knew what they were doing, and didn't have to run out to get supplies. They explained the process, and let us know each day what they were doing. Left the area picked up and as clean as they could during construction. They were super kind to Mom, and mindful that this was hard, this being the only bathroom for us all during the reconstruction.When the bathroom remodel was complete, as tired as Mom was after all that, she actually said that she felt like Rudy and Phil treated her like family, and she was very happy they had done the work. That is rare!!!As you can see, it turned out beautifully. Mom said she wasn't sure how she'd feel about the hand rail placement, and the bench, but, she's loved it all from the start. It's been almost 2 months, and she keeps commenting on how much she likes it. She feels so much safer, and the hand rails are just how she needed them. It's beautiful and brighter in there too. She sure doesn't miss that peeling tub.Thank you Rolox for sending such kind and hard working guys. So rare these days. From Dustin coming out to start and showing me the windows and explaining them and the process to me. If you have the chance to have Dustin come out to your house to show and explain the windows to you, you won’t be disappointed! Dustin is a great guy and extremely informative. The owner even called me to help and explain some of the process. When the installers arrives they actually arrived a little early, I was more than happy to let them start early. They were very easy to talk with and explained the installation with me. They were very careful with everything they did and cleaned up after. Shortly after them leaving I went back inside my residence to discover something that Dustin and other Google reviews told me, the house was instantly cooler. The temperature change inside my house was incredible! It hasn’t been this cool inside my house since I bought it without it being winter. The outside of the house has changed so much! The windows make the house look like a new house and I can’t wait to paint the outside now to see house incredible it will look with the new windows and paint! The crew that came out to install the 33 windows completed it in two days! The windows were installed perfectly, with every seam sealed up to ensure 100% home efficiency. The crew laid plastic at every work space, keeping the dust and debris away and allowing them to clean up quickly. They even cleaned up every piece of garbage, outside, in the dark! They removed and then reinstalled the blinds, making the process unintrusive to our home life. We just had 15 Rolox windows installed and are happy with everything from start to finish. We replaced 4 in a breakfast nook and 11 in a sunroom. Wow! What a difference. Our old windows were from 1920. I loved the look but they were single-paned. These are beautiful. Just like the old kind that go with our home but with the modern convenience of tilt in to clean and double panes. The guys that came to install were very hard workers and very courteous. I just wish I could afford to do my whole house at once. My husband is wiping down some now that got wet with the sprinkler. One is off track and hard to get up and one was missing finger hold to pull the window open but I’m sure they will come fix them. Great to work with.

We have needed to replace our front door for several years and had a hard time finding a good solution. We checked into several different options but could not get comfortable with what we were finding. Then, although we previously associated Rolox with windows, it came to our attention that Rolox also sold & installed doors, so we decided to find out more. From our initial meeting with Dustin at which we decided to go with Rolox, through scheduling with Jen, and installation by Brent + team, our entire front-door replacement experience has been great. A big issue with our originally installed door was security – it had a very short deadbolt throw. The new door is solid, seals completely when closed, and we have no concerns at all regarding overall strength + security. Additionally, Brent was able to successfully modify and reinstall our overhead transom-window plantation shutters in the new replacement transom-window. Needless to say, we are very happy with the appearance, quality and value of our new front door. We certainly recommend Rolox, and want to say “thank you” to the entire Rolox Team
