As the owner of the company, it was a pleasure to work with you. You always tried to speak with us directly with any questions we had. When unavailable, you always made sure your staff got back to us with an answer to our questions in a timely manner.
Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.
A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!
We are incredibly pleased with all the work done, thanks Dave to you and your staff’s patience and guidance through this process. We had 4 very large windows replaced. Rolox did an amazing job! I would give them a 10 if I could. From the sales Rep. Dustin Myers, to the installers, every part was easy. Mr. Myers was very accommodating and even met us in town on a weekend! He was very knowledgable as well. The installers were professional and polite. They were very precise with their installation. We live in a 100 year old farm house so our windows were a challenge. The best part is how amazing our windows look and feel! Thoroughly impressed and so happy with our new siding & gutters! We have received so many compliments from everyone in our neighborhood with how nice our house looks now & how much the new siding just makes our brick pop. The siding crew were super polite and the Foreman Jr was always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process and the biggest thing was they finished siding our house in two day! Our only tiny complaint is that I started out as the contact because it is easier for me to answer the phone & emails throughout the day versus my husband but he became the contact somehow, somewhere in the process. But we love the siding and will for sure being going back to Rolox when our roof needs replaced in a few years.

We just had our new windows by Rolox installed today..Wow! the crew came out at 8:00 and by 5:00 had installed all 10 of our windows.They are beautiful just to look at cool to the touch and today the temperature exceed 98deg.Now I can see out but no one can see in. They open with one finger and pull out for cleaning just as easy. Back to the crew they were extremely professional they cleaned up after the job was done, and made sure we were happy and asked if we needed any help understanding the operation of the windows. Before we bought from Rolox we shoped around some other estimates were as much as 3times what we paid and for a product not a bit better and in one case the product was far inferior. Hi! I'm back to share with you another great experience that just happened. KCMO was hit severely with a storm strong enough to damage Homeowners properties. I needed a replacement window for my bedroom. I wanted the best offer to buy new. Eventually I want to replace all. Thankfully, I knew to call Rolox for my next home project. They replaced my old broken window with brand new.They are known for their quality and professional home upgrades. Other companies were not willing to replace just the one window. What an amazing experience so far! From my sales rep, Dustin, to the two young men that put in the windows, my experience has been phenomenal!!! I had Rolox replace 2 windows and remove a window a.nd install a sliding glass patio door. The crew was very professional. Also had Rolox put new siding on my house. My husband and I found Rolox when doing a google search. We were wanting to replace our back door with a sliding door for easy and convenient access to the back yard. We read the google reviews, which were really good so we submitted a request for a quote. Robert came out a few days later and measured and explained the process and all the options we could choose from. He also mentioned that if we were shopping around and received other quotes, he could pass the information on and see what could be done. We had received a quote from a different business few days prior and shared that information. David, the owner reached out same day and worked a pretty good deal with us since the door we were wanting, was in stock. Our initial quote was done on Friday the next week on Wednesday our new door was installed within hours. The smoothest process! Robert was amazing, very informational and nice guy. We even talked about family gatherings and grilling. I appreciate David for working with us and getting us on the schedule so quickly. Great company. Great service. We are very thankful!! The sales rep was fantastic explained in detail all of the items we could get and options. He showed the demonstrations of heat transfer on the new windows versus the competition. Very professional and excellent presentation. besides he is just a nice fellow all the way around. we are contemplating another purchase now. Also the installers were very quick and proficient as well as polite, and did excellent work. Cleaned up all debris left sight cleaner than it was when they started. Update my house still looks amazing but... lifetime warranty. But have to pay for installation. Wish we knew what happened to the window. Set up an estimate with them and they were a no call no show. Was upset and did not want to meet with them again. The owner David called me personally to apologize and offered me a great discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that and it really showed that the owner cares about every customer. I will likely go with them when I save up enough for the siding.

The farmhouse is over 100 years old and many of the windows were in need of replacement. Rolox Home Service, LLC in Grandview, KS (near KC) did the initial accessment, measurements and final install. Bill Rymer kept us informed along the way. What a difference in outside and inside home appearance. The increased R-value for comfort inside is a major plus. Everything from start to finish was outstanding. William was great as he went over all products with me and helped pick the best color combination to match the bathroom. The installers did a great job as well. They went over what they were Goin to do and even put tarps down on the floor to try an keep it clean

I had to my windows replaced by 2 companies in my home. These were really old windows with a single sash and counter weights from the 20's. I reviewed Renewal, tried Champion for about 10 windows, then settled on Rolox replacing the rest. By far Rolox was the best Value, Experience, Products i've seen. Many window companies had far to many escape clauses in their warranties, typically over priced. Some windows, like Champion, although their warranty was honorable, when windy they leaked as they use spray foam to seal them. Rolox windows are designed up front to not leak, like ever, and they have the highest Heat absorption rate too. All in all, the quality and experience is unsurpassed.

I had ear damage several years ago from an auto accident and left me with permanent damage to my ears which makes sound very painful. With us getting our new windows and doors it instantly blocked the loud sounds coming into our house and I now can hear thing SO MUCH better without out all the extra background noises. Wish we had gotten new doors and windows sooner. Our gas bill this month is basically $175, same time last year it was over $300. In July when the air conditioning is running a lot our Evergy bill was $225, the previous July it was over $500. Didn't really think we'd see such a savings but so happy we are. Fast install too!!

Once again Rolox has done an amazing job. This time they replaced my front door and back door. Michael and his partner did a great job and were very kind. I can already tell a huge difference on how my house is retaining heat downstairs and expect to see its impact on my gas usage.

Late review here but had roughly 10 new windows replaced a couple of months ago and the results are great. Timely service as well - was expecting the work to take multiple days but the workers got done in one day and no mess left behind.

Customer service, installation and quality were all outstanding! The sales team wasn’t pushy and worked with us on the price. Took around 7 weeks to get windows in and the entire installation process took a little over a day to complete.

Very good service. Windows and Lap siding look awesome. We bought our home recently. The stucco wasn’t maintained well. plus some of the windows leaked when it rained. The new windows and lap siding made a huge difference in the curb appeal of the home plus no more leaking windows.

I live in Parsons Ks and got 12 windows put into my house. I am super excited to reap the rewards of energy efficient windows. I was at work when they were installed but my fiance was impressed with the installation. (He's hard to please so that says a lot by itself, lol!) I just had 12 windows put in on the upstairs of my 1876 Queen Anne Victorian and I couldn't be happier. Rolox was easy to work with, and help me reach an affordable price. They really work with you on financing. The installers knocked out 12 windows in a matter of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house how they found it. 10 out 10 will use again for my Main Floor.

These windows are absolutely amazing! From the start to finish the experience was extremely simple. From Dustin coming out to start and showing me the windows and explaining them and the process to me. If you have the chance to have Dustin come out to your house to show and explain the windows to you, you won’t be disappointed! Dustin is a great guy and extremely informative. The owner even called me to help and explain some of the process. When the installers arrives they actually arrived a little early, I was more than happy to let them start early. They were very easy to talk with and explained the installation with me. They were very careful with everything they did and cleaned up after. Shortly after them leaving I went back inside my residence to discover something that Dustin and other Google reviews told me, the house was instantly cooler. The temperature change inside my house was incredible! It hasn’t been this cool inside my house since I bought it without it being winter. The outside of the house has changed so much! The windows make the house look like a new house and I can’t wait to paint the outside now to see house incredible it will look with the new windows and paint! The crews are gone and they provided us an excellent product! We had new windows put into our entire house. Dated 1895, installing these custom beauties was no easy task! They had all 32 windows fully installed and buttoned up tight in about 36 hours. We are enjoying the quality product they provided and the fact that we can actually open every window in our home! We just had all our windows in our house replaced. The whole process was seamless from sales to installation. The installers were very professional and polite. It was amazing how fast and organized they were. The installation of 14 replacement windows only took a day. David the owner was great too! He recommended us going with a different window in the dining room which really looks great! He also took the time to follow up with us after installation. The Rolox salesman came to our home and gave us a demonstration of the high quality Rolox products which has proven true. Our new custom fit doors and windows look very good and work well. Our AC system has not had to run as much which will be good on our next bill. The workmen were on time and installed the windows and doors professionally. I had all the windows and gutters replaced in our home that was built in 1855. The weather over this November 2019 holiday was 45 to 55 mph winds and lots of rain and sleet, and our home sits on top of hill. No one realized it was raining nor did we hear any of the wind(no leaks and no whistling wind coming through)!! The new gutters and downspouts held up to the elements and then some (guards and larger downspouts handled the rain and it actually drained to the downspout even with the leaf guard). The home holds the temperature exceptionally well with the new windows and the added bonus of a lot less noise. The entire experience was amazing from sales to the project manager to the on-site crews to accounts dept and the several change orders that I had during the initial part of the process. These people are TOP NOTCH, and you won’t find a better contractor. I also had a porch roof repaired and no leaks with this blowing rain. I also added the Fascia & Soffit coverings in hopes that when I was ready for the home to have new siding it would be easier. The home has unique architectural details and all the crews were mindful of these details, and never hesitated to ask questions about how I would like to proceed. I greatly appreciate all the hard work these crews did and their attention to the details, impressive group of people. I look forward to working with them in the future!
