Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.
A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!
We are incredibly pleased with all the work done, thanks Dave to you and your staff’s patience and guidance through this process. We had new windows, siding and guttering done. Highly satisfied with the speed of service from start to finish.Our sales guy Dustin was easy to work with. Rolox did a fantastic job with my fascia and gutters! Once the team arrived, it only took about two days to finish the job. It has added so much curb appeal to my home and really helped with the longevity. My home is over 100 years old and definitely needed an upgrade.

Once again Rolox has done an amazing job. This time they replaced my front door and back door. Michael and his partner did a great job and were very kind. I can already tell a huge difference on how my house is retaining heat downstairs and expect to see its impact on my gas usage.12/10/24 - Today Rolox came out and installed a couple of windows for me. Rolox home service put in my new windows a total of 13, Nov 29, 2024. They did a very good job, workers were very good, fast, and the job came out looking very good. The window are so clear to see out of, the effecency on the way if felt after instalation it is so much warmer in our house, which was my main reason in puttung in new windows. Everything came out so nice.! They even put uo my new blinds.We are very happy, and will refer this company to our family and friends. The sakes man Dustin M. After one cold winter in this 1950s house that I bought, I decided it's time for new windows; one quick search and I was inundated with all different kinds of window options; When I saw Rolox on my feed, I thought I've head that name forever; One phone call and I was connected with a very sweet sounding lady who hooked me up with my salesman, William; Bill worked with me on appointment scheduling and I got to see what he is offering; After listening to his presentation and watching his demonstration, comparing to the competitor windows, I figured I will give Rolox a try; After measuring and figuring we came up with ten windows that needed replaced; I needed them in before thanksgiving, about a month; Well, the team showed up yesterday, on a rainy day, and installed all ten windows; My son was here to let them in but they were minimal bother otherwise; pretty impressed they worked through the damp weather; When I got home from work and walked around the house, these windows looked very professionally installed; Way better than my old windows; Coming inside the house, the first thing I noticed was how quiet it was; I guess I was just used to the traffic outside; A very nice Job, indeed! We were hesitant about doing this big project but Rolox took really good care of us. We got a window replaced, siding and trim done. There were some hiccups when the siding was being installed, nothing on Rolox’s end. Our home was in terrible condition when we bought the home. Rolox took very good care of us. I approached Rolox in the spring after being ghosted by a different contractor about taking off my old deck and adding an addition (mud room/layndry) with a smaller deck. Rick came and wrote up a quote and gave us options that would fit our budget. Work started mid summer and they quickly had a the old deck off and walls and a roof up. Followed by a wonderful deck with excellent railing and then on to windows and a new sliding glass door. They had forethought in adding electricity and HVAC lines into the new space. They did an excellent job matching the ten year old siding you’d hardly know it’s an addition. The window trim looks great and we are loving the new space and not having to go down to the basement to do laundry.

Rolox is a great group of people. All my windows were put in in four hours. They cleaned up inside and my outside. Put furniture back in place. Topped that he even vacuumed. I am very pleased with my ROLOX replacement windows, which has had a drastic change in looks and function. I love to be able to open my windows for fresh air which I've missed for a long time. we had vinyl siding and shutters put on our home because old vinyl was over 30 years old. I have never worked with a company and workers especially JR and his team that took so much pride in their work! they answered any question or concern I had and made sure I was happy and they even replaced old plywood that was rotten at no additional expense! they also cleaned and picked up trash every evening before they left for the day! if you need anything done please take comfort you have the best company around!

I am extremely happy that I had two windows replaced by Rolox. A bay 50” and a narrow 19” side window were replaced by Rolox Home Services. The construction was better than the original design, and far more energy efficient. Expert experienced technicians installed both windows and after two hours our home was far better off than do-it-yourself kits: the exterior proves that experience pays. As new customers, we were treated with respect and our questions were answered by the salesperson, the technicians, and office staff. Pricing was very competitive and we were able to get custom windows for the costs. Two thumbs up!

I presented a challenging and unique project to Rolox Home Service regarding my house in the Brookside area of Kansas City. My goal was to glass in my outdoor porch which had an arched opening and two large rectangular openings. Dustin, in sales, listened to what I wanted to do and came up with a plan in how to accomplish my goals including sliding glass door and storm door in addition to a custom arched window. I am so pleased with my new siding. It appears to be quality material. From ordering to the last piece of siding it all went quite smoothly. The salesman,Bill, did not pressure me and gave me time to figure out exactly what I wanted. The installers were awesome about answering my questions. This the second time I have used Rolox Home services and everything went off without one hiccup. From dealing with Dustin to their installers. Researched all the big window providers and Rolox didn’t come up through the normal Google searches but instead through multiple friends who used them and all extremely happy with their new windows. So before using one of the big national brands I thought it wise to at least hear them out. Rolox presentation was hands down the best - highlighting the technology they used in all their window panes which reduces heat or cold energy transfer to basically zero. None of the big national brands even mentioned anything about this so guessing they don’t have anything like it, instead they focused on the frame and how’s theirs don’t warp etc etc but this concern was put to bed when Rolox rep indicated they offer lifetime warranty. So we went with Rolox and saved about 30% to boot compared to the national brand prices. Install went easy peasy, 17 windows replaced and two windows were enlarged by a 2 feet each - all down in 1.5 days with a clean job site after each day. So this Kansas City customer couldn’t be happier in deciding to give Rolox a shot - would pick them again if we ever move.

Hello , Rolox installed our new windows and did a great job. We had another company come out to our home and they were very rude and pushy. Dustin Myers from Rolox came out and helped us with our window project and everything was done in a very professional way and the installation team did great. I recently had new roof and gutters done this past week. They have great people doing the work,,,very fast.. loved it. Dustin. Our salesperson is the best there is. Easy to talk to..listens to try to satisfy and did. Very nice man. He's the best. We used him also a few years back on our shower..love it too. Great job Dustin and c the crew

We had 4 very large windows replaced. Rolox did an amazing job! I would give them a 10 if I could. From the sales Rep. Dustin Myers, to the installers, every part was easy. Mr. Myers was very accommodating and even met us in town on a weekend! He was very knowledgable as well. The installers were professional and polite. They were very precise with their installation. We live in a 100 year old farm house so our windows were a challenge. The best part is how amazing our windows look and feel! We can already feel the temperature change that these new windows provide and we are now able to really appreciate the view from our windows.

Thoroughly impressed and so happy with our new siding & gutters! We have received so many compliments from everyone in our neighborhood with how nice our house looks now & how much the new siding just makes our brick pop. The siding crew were super polite and the Foreman Jr was always willing to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process and the biggest thing was they finished siding our house in two day! Our only tiny complaint is that I started out as the contact because it is easier for me to answer the phone & emails throughout the day versus my husband but he became the contact somehow, somewhere in the process. But we love the siding and will for sure being going back to Rolox when our roof needs replaced in a few years.

We just had our new windows by Rolox installed today..Wow! the crew came out at 8:00 and by 5:00 had installed all 10 of our windows.They are beautiful just to look at cool to the touch and today the temperature exceed 98deg.Now I can see out but no one can see in. They open with one finger and pull out for cleaning just as easy. Back to the crew they were extremely professional they cleaned up after the job was done, and made sure we were happy and asked if we needed any help understanding the operation of the windows. Before we bought from Rolox we shoped around some other estimates were as much as 3times what we paid and for a product not a bit better and in one case the product was far inferior. Just let me say if you are considering new windows go no father then ROLOX.David Smith home owner.
