As the owner of the company, it was a pleasure to work with you. You always tried to speak with us directly with any questions we had. When unavailable, you always made sure your staff got back to us with an answer to our questions in a timely manner.

Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.

A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!

We are incredibly pleased with all the work done, thanks Dave to you and your staff’s patience and guidance through this process. We would definitely recommend your company, crews, and personnel to anyone looking for a professional job from a quality company with experienced, respectful craftsmen who provide quality and excellence.

Overall, great experience. Siding and gutters look fantastic, and it was all done in less than a week. Everybody involved was extremely kind and personable. We had a bird's nest in our chimney area, and the workers gently relocated it and the babies to our tree. During installation, they moved our fence to the point where our gate wouldn't close, but when they were made aware of it, they quickly fixed the problem.

Our only problems were issues with clear and credible communication with our rep. He showed up at our house unannounced when we weren't home and just waited in his car for an hour until we showed up. He arrived late for an appointment, just as we were leaving the house. We were promised that only Rolox employees did the work, that they did not contract out, but I can't confirm this. All workers were in generic white vehicles, lacked any branding, and only identified themselves when asked. We were also told they would need one side of the driveway, but they ended up making the entire thing inaccessible. We couldn't drive our main car all week.

None of these issues are real huge. I would have been fine with most everything had I just been more well informed. I would have been able to prepare better.

We have a house that is over 100 years old, and could not open the windows and drafts would come in even with the plastic we had on them. Decided to take the jump and check out getting new windows. So put in for an estimate and had a wonderful salesman (Dustin) come out and show us the windows and go over everything. He has been with use the whole journey making sure we were happy. We got our windows ordered and did not take that long to come in. We got the date and got the windows installed in a day. It was amazing. We had one window for our bathroom that we ordered but we're not able to get it installed due to some misunderstanding, but got it all worked out and for the better. So they are holding onto our window until we get the bathroom redone in the near future.
Since the windows have been in we have been able to open them up and get the nice breeze throughout the house and it is amazing. We have not had to run the A/C or the heat and so love that. It has made the sound of the traffic by the house alot more quite. We definitely recommend this company. They make sure everything is done right. I can't wait to see the new power bill when it comes, as I know it will be a big difference.

I am so pleased with my new front door! The whole process from start to finish was such a breeze. When Dustin came came out for me to order the door, he helped me pick out the perfect door to meet my needs and to even help pick out the right color to go with the color of my house. The installation was great as well. It was a real cold day, but they were able to stick a box up to keep the house warm. The difference this new door as made inside the house regarding the temperature is incredible, plus it just looks so much better when I pulled into my driveway and see my pretty new door! 10/10 recommend these guys.

When my asbestos/lead paint siding started falling off, Rolox was recommended to me. They completely transformed my 1930 house into something amazing! They were very thorough with me when explaining what would be done and how, as well as the pricing and financing. I have always wanted a blue house and they had the perfect shade. The white trim + updated soffit and fascia really makes it all pop. I highly recommend them!

On January 29, 2025, Rolox Home Service arrived at my home in Independence Missouri to install windows and patio doors. I was informed that the installers would arrive between 8am – 8:30am. The first truck (Team 1) arrived at 7:59am, waiting until 8:10am to knock on our door with the second truck (Team 2) arriving at 8:20am. The installers asked if we needed to get a vehicle out of the garage since they would be working from their trucks to do the installation. This allowed me to park my car on the street in case I needed to leave my home.
Both Teams were extremely professional with their installation. From prepping the area with plastic runners, to clearing the area for the needed workspace, to minimizing the debris created from the installation, to cleaning the area with vacuum and cleaning clothes after the installation.
After each Team completed their installation, we were giving clear instruction on operating the patio doors and windows.

Rolox home service put in my new windows a total of 13, Nov 29, 2024. They did a very good job, workers were very good, fast, and the job came out looking very good. The window are so clear to see out of, the effecency on the way if felt after instalation it is so much warmer in our house, which was my main reason in puttung in new windows. After one cold winter in this 1950s house that I bought, I decided it's time for new windows; one quick search and I was inundated with all different kinds of window options; When I saw Rolox on my feed, I thought I've head that name forever; One phone call and I was connected with a very sweet sounding lady who hooked me up with my salesman, William; Bill worked with me on appointment scheduling and I got to see what he is offering; After listening to his presentation and watching his demonstration, comparing to the competitor windows, I figured I will give Rolox a try; After measuring and figuring we came up with ten windows that needed replaced; I needed them in before thanksgiving, about a month; Well, the team showed up yesterday, on a rainy day, and installed all ten windows; My son was here to let them in but they were minimal bother otherwise; pretty impressed they worked through the damp weather; When I got home from work and walked around the house, these windows looked very professionally installed; Way better than my old windows; Coming inside the house, the first thing I noticed was how quiet it was; I guess I was just used to the traffic outside; A very nice Job, indeed! We were hesitant about doing this big project but Rolox took really good care of us. We got a window replaced, siding and trim done. There were some hiccups when the siding was being installed, nothing on Rolox’s end. Our home was in terrible condition when we bought the home. Rolox took very good care of us. I approached Rolox in the spring after being ghosted by a different contractor about taking off my old deck and adding an addition (mud room/layndry) with a smaller deck. Rick came and wrote up a quote and gave us options that would fit our budget. Work started mid summer and they quickly had a the old deck off and walls and a roof up. Followed by a wonderful deck with excellent railing and then on to windows and a new sliding glass door. They had forethought in adding electricity and HVAC lines into the new space. They did an excellent job matching the ten year old siding you’d hardly know it’s an addition. The window trim looks great and we are loving the new space and not having to go down to the basement to do laundry.

we had vinyl siding and shutters put on our home because old vinyl was over 30 years old. I am extremely happy that I had two windows replaced by Rolox. A bay 50” and a narrow 19” side window were replaced by Rolox Home Services. The construction was better than the original design, and far more energy efficient. Expert experienced technicians installed both windows and after two hours our home was far better off than do-it-yourself kits: the exterior proves that experience pays. As new customers, we were treated with respect and our questions were answered by the salesperson, the technicians, and office staff.
