I got my windows and sliding glass door w/screen a little over a year ago. My new puppy didn't realize I had a screen and ran hard into it knocking it off tract. I called to have someone come and look at it because it was not budging. Very kind, industrious team that replaced all windows on my mom's house. She was pleasantly surprised at how nice the guys were, and how hard they worked. They went right to work without chit-chat. We didn't even have to worry about moving furniture, taking down curtains or shades; they had it handled. You could tell they had a system and worked well together. The installation went very quickly, and, they put things back and cleaned up when finished, for which we are so grateful.The next morning, Mom commented on how much she liked looking out her new kitchen window. these guys are so GOOD. i had them do my windows. 15 in one day. and they worked on a Saturday. They cleaned up after the installs. you couldnt even tell that a major install had happened. the thing that made me feel good. they made sure to not let my dogs out when they were going in and out of the yard. Then I just had them do a bathroom remodel. went from a very old cast iron tub to a walk in shower .new toilet. an new lights and shelves. oh and floor it was clean no install dust anywhere...they didnt treat me like a dumb female which alot of construction places do. asked me what I wanted and these guys watched out for the dogs .......and they helped me with the financing.

They were efficient, professional & it was a HOT day!… My siding was done in a timely matter, I’m happy with the color & I received multiple compliments. He was SO NICE! The extra trim work & paint (goes with projects.) made a difference as well. It made the huge facelift[s] on my home-complete. My back deck is bigger & worth the wait!! I love it so much!! I was so excited! (& so were dogs.) It’s a walk-out with three steps. Very happy with results. I received lots & lots of compliments on that as well. Rolox has wonderful customer retention practices and did a superb job installing my new Rolox sliding door. They left my home clean and looking great!In looking at other sliding doors from big box stores, I was told to take the offer from Rolox. The Rolox door is much higher quality even as a base model, and I absolutely love it! The weatherstripping is thick and high quality and the door has a deeper pocket to rest in. I love the multiple locks and being able to lock it open at about 4 inches for airflow. I'm sure this door will last the 50 years warrantied and likely beyond.My old door was a 30-year-old Rolox with a ten-year warranty. It would have lasted longer, I think, had I vacuumed the track at least once a season. It was badly abused with yard debris and such and used constantly. I debated replacing vs fixing the track cap as the door was nicer than more expensive doors at the big box stores and the weatherstipping was as good as their high end doors. I'm so glad I took the deal. The new door is even nicer! No regrets!

We ordered windows from Rolox and were told they would take about 8-10 weeks to arrive as they are made custom to your home. The windows arrived a little sooner than expected and Rolox was very efficient in sending a crew to install them. They finished a large job (18 windows) in two days, interior was finished the first day. The installers were very professional arriving right on time both days and leaving the jog site clean and in order both days. The new windows gave our home a much more modern and polished look from our previous windows that were installed in the 50s. We love the update. Finally, the owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the process and was very accommodating to a few style changes we made when deciding what options we liked best. From first appointment to finish, Dustin my rep and David the owner constantly updated me on status of delivery and install, and they were dead on time frame wise. We ordered siding in August 2021, we were told it would be installed mid October 2021. We paid 1/3 the amount upfront and we are suppose to pay the rest upon completion. They never showed up to install. We have called many times since October and we get told to "just wait longer" They did call in January 2022, stating that they would be coming for installation in a few weeks. It is now April 25th 2022. Still no siding.**UPDATE**Owner contacted us the day after I posted my review and had a crew out two weeks later. There was difficulty with ordering supplies. Owner apologized and has been very nice and has contacted us several times checking on progress. Quality of work is amazing. The crew was very nice, explained things very well when I had questions. Crew cleaned up everyday when they were done. Siding looks better than I imagined! We love it.

I have to give Mad props to Rolox Home Service and the team. I met with John Gaffney back on 12/31 to order my windows he was awesome to work with. He told me then my windows would be about 12-14 weeks out and they came in early at 11 weeks. The guys who came out to install were Brian, Jed, & Connor. They were on time, friendly & did a phenomenal job with my windows. I could not be happier. The Windows are awesome they have already made a huge difference in the house and look great. This review was on the windows that were installed in October 2021. I had to add comments about the great work that was done in March 2022.Windows look great! Took longer than I was told, the common excuse COVID, but with the how the windows look and the team that installed the windows I can forgive the tardiness. The reason for the four stars instead of five was customer service. To me if you have a customer that is promised something and you're not going to meet the deadline for some unforeseen reason the business should contact the customer and explain the delay, not the other way around. But all in all the windows was worth the wait, the installation was great and the guys installing the windows were fabulous, installed 13 windows and trimmed all in in less that 8 hours. I have more windows to replace in the future hope we can still do business.Had to edit my review; Ordered the rest of the windows I needed replaced in mid February of 2022. The windows were installed in less than 3 weeks. I was so surprised I didn't think I'd hear from Rolox until May or June, but again to my surprise they called on Thursday and installed the windows on Sunday March 13. On a Sunday, I don't know any place that would install anything on a Sunday. Again, cannot say enough about the three who installed the windows. To bad I don't have anymore windows to replace I'm really in awe with this company and its employees. Only thing I'm waiting on is the replacement window for the basement window that was cracked. The question would be if I'd recommend Rolox? The answer is, YES I WOULD ten times over!

Our home looks like new! Rolox did a great job replacing our siding, gutters and windows. The salesman helped us pick out the right colors and textures and even let us change our minds later. All the workmen were friendly and helpful with questions and doing extras, like replacing our porch light when the old one broke on removing it.The only improvement I'd suggest is better communication, as we had to wait quite awhile for the project to start due to slow supply lines (covid, again) and we weren't updated on what to expect. But the results were worth the wait.

One minor area of critique was the delay in the gutter installation. There was a delay due to a lack of having the correct color. I was told that it was delayed due to rain and was only told the other reason after calling once I expected them to show. That was the only thing that I would ask them to improve on for customer relations. Again, overall I am pleased with the work accomplished.

We are so pleased with the work done on our house by Rolox Home Service. We had windows, exterior doors and siding installed and it looks great.The windows are awesome and we love the tilt in feature of the double hung windows. Our house is on a busy street and the noise reduction glass has made an amazing improvement on the sound transfer. We had single hung windows before and didn't even realize how convenient the double hung with the sliding screens would be. We were able to open them during a rain storm from the top down and still get nice ventilation without the rain coming in. We had a new patio slider installed in place of a French door that took up a lot of room from the dining room and a new entry door installed. Both the window and door installations were quick and turned out fantastic.We had Hardie Plank Color Plus siding installed with vinyl soffits and they wrapped our old wood window trim with aluminum. It looks like a new house from the outside.All of the installers were absolute professionals and we were very impressed by their patience and willingness to address any questions or concerns I had about the installation. Any concerns I had about the process was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. I would like to acknowledge Junior and Joseph specifically. I had all the windows and gutters replaced in our home that was built in 1855. The weather over this November 2019 holiday was 45 to 55 mph winds and lots of rain and sleet, and our home sits on top of hill. No one realized it was raining nor did we hear any of the wind(no leaks and no whistling wind coming through)!! The new gutters and downspouts held up to the elements and then some (guards and larger downspouts handled the rain and it actually drained to the downspout even with the leaf guard). The home holds the temperature exceptionally well with the new windows and the added bonus of a lot less noise. The entire experience was amazing from sales to the project manager to the on-site crews to accounts dept and the several change orders that I had during the initial part of the process. These people are TOP NOTCH, and you won’t find a better contractor. I also had a porch roof repaired and no leaks with this blowing rain. I also added the Fascia & Soffit coverings in hopes that when I was ready for the home to have new siding it would be easier. The home has unique architectural details and all the crews were mindful of these details, and never hesitated to ask questions about how I would like to proceed. I greatly appreciate all the hard work these crews did and their attention to the details, impressive group of people. I look forward to working with them in the future!

We are located in Lamar, MO. and can't believe the transformation this has been. Our house has received a facelift, it looks so much better. Not only that but you can FEEL the difference. Our heater doesn't kick on as often due to the new and improved windows. There had been no condensation that we saw with our old storm windows that the new windows are sealed so nicely. We have had our bathroom tub, shower and flooring replaced as well. There is so much shelving and space that our family can use. The shower head is beautiful and has a detachable sprayer. The tub is self cleaning and my family loves it. The flooring selection was hard due to several likable options. But the one chosen was a great color and style. Don't even think about getting windows or doors from anywhere else. We had our windows replaced, a patio door replaced replaced with a sliding door and a storm door added to the front. The installers were VERY professional. When I asked questions, they were courteous and answered but stayed on task. I'm extremely knit picky and was very relieved to see that the installers were equally concerned with perfection. The entire job was finished in a day and the result was nothing less than amazing! This is the first time I've had construction work done in or around my house in the past couple of months that I've been completely happy. Wish I could post the before and after pictures on here. Rolox is a trusted brand and their installers are professionals who really go above and beyond. I highly recommend Rolox!

We had 15 windows, 1 sliding patio door, a front entry door, and a front storm door installed. The products are constructed very well. Installation was done in a timely manner (a day and a half for the windows and patio door, half day for the front door and storm). Their installation team gets 5 stars too. They all knew their jobs and were very efficient and professional. Would recommend Rolox Home Services to anyone. Overall it was a very good experience and very glad we picked them. If you want the best, go with Rolox!

While I did not purchase anything from rolox, I did have the owner of the business call and apologize for a situation that happened, not only that but offered to send me a gift card. While I can not accept his generous offer of sending a gift card, I really do appreciate the thought. I don't think I've ever had a company call and offer to fix a problem above and beyond like this. we may have them come do work after all. Thank you again.

As a single female home owner, I have to be skeptical when trying to find a contractor to do any work on my home. Rolox Home Service really put me at ease. They are not only trust worthy but they actually care about the customer. I had new windows installed in my basement and I liked the work they did so much I had them come back and side the upper portion of my home and install new guttering and soffits. The guttering project required the movement of my power line that went into my house. They also took care of that too! And I got all of this financed through them as well. This company was great to work with. I strongly recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend Rolox Windows, because of my own personal experience. I've been doing business with Rolox since early 2003, superb quality of material and service. They stand behind their products. Rolox replaced all the windows at my old house, built a bay window in the living room and also replaced my gutters, soffits and down-spouts.
Last year I moved and I wished I could have taken the windows with me. I called Rolox Windows and John Gaffney (JG) came out measured the windows and provided me an estimate and I most recently this month had five of the ten windows installed. I will have the other five installed early next year. I'm also having Rolox replace the gutters, soffits and fachia replaced.
The workers, office staff and Dave the owner are very professional, respectful and care about the customer. You can call them for a free estimate (816 216-7320). I just like to recommend companies I've personally done business with and was highly satisfied with the results, pricing and lower utility bills.
