We have a house that is over 100 years old, and could not open the windows and drafts would come in even with the plastic we had on them. Decided to take the jump and check out getting new windows. So put in for an estimate and had a wonderful salesman (Dustin) come out and show us the windows and go over everything. He has been with use the whole journey making sure we were happy. We got our windows ordered and did not take that long to come in. We got the date and got the windows installed in a day. It was amazing. We had one window for our bathroom that we ordered but we're not able to get it installed due to some misunderstanding, but got it all worked out and for the better. So they are holding onto our window until we get the bathroom redone in the near future.
Since the windows have been in we have been able to open them up and get the nice breeze throughout the house and it is amazing. We have not had to run the A/C or the heat and so love that. It has made the sound of the traffic by the house alot more quite. We definitely recommend this company. They make sure everything is done right. I can't wait to see the new power bill when it comes, as I know it will be a big difference.

I am so pleased with my new front door! The whole process from start to finish was such a breeze. When Dustin came came out for me to order the door, he helped me pick out the perfect door to meet my needs and to even help pick out the right color to go with the color of my house. The installation was great as well. It was a real cold day, but they were able to stick a box up to keep the house warm. The difference this new door as made inside the house regarding the temperature is incredible, plus it just looks so much better when I pulled into my driveway and see my pretty new door! 10/10 recommend these guys.

When my asbestos/lead paint siding started falling off, Rolox was recommended to me. They completely transformed my 1930 house into something amazing! They were very thorough with me when explaining what would be done and how, as well as the pricing and financing. I have always wanted a blue house and they had the perfect shade. The white trim + updated soffit and fascia really makes it all pop. I highly recommend them!

On January 29, 2025, Rolox Home Service arrived at my home in Independence Missouri to install windows and patio doors. I was informed that the installers would arrive between 8am – 8:30am. The first truck (Team 1) arrived at 7:59am, waiting until 8:10am to knock on our door with the second truck (Team 2) arriving at 8:20am. The installers asked if we needed to get a vehicle out of the garage since they would be working from their trucks to do the installation. This allowed me to park my car on the street in case I needed to leave my home.
Both Teams were extremely professional with their installation. From prepping the area with plastic runners, to clearing the area for the needed workspace, to minimizing the debris created from the installation, to cleaning the area with vacuum and cleaning clothes after the installation.
After each Team completed their installation, we were giving clear instruction on operating the patio doors and windows.

Rolox did a fantastic job with my fascia and gutters! Once the team arrived, it only took about two days to finish the job. It has added so much curb appeal to my home and really helped with the longevity. My home is over 100 years old and definitely needed an upgrade.

The window are so clear to see out of, the effecency on the way if felt after instalation it is so much warmer in our house, which was my main reason in puttung in new windows. I approached Rolox in the spring after being ghosted by a different contractor about taking off my old deck and adding an addition (mud room/layndry) with a smaller deck. Rick came and wrote up a quote and gave us options that would fit our budget. Work started mid summer and they quickly had a the old deck off and walls and a roof up. Followed by a wonderful deck with excellent railing and then on to windows and a new sliding glass door. They had forethought in adding electricity and HVAC lines into the new space. They did an excellent job matching the ten year old siding you’d hardly know it’s an addition. The window trim looks great and we are loving the new space and not having to go down to the basement to do laundry.

Rolox is a great group of people. All my windows were put in in four hours. They cleaned up inside and my outside. Put furniture back in place. Topped that he even vacuumed. Here is to looking forward to doing my next project with them. I am so greatful and appreciative for thier kindness.

we had vinyl siding and shutters put on our home because old vinyl was over 30 years old. I have never worked with a company and workers especially JR and his team that took so much pride in their work! they answered any question or concern I had and made sure I was happy and they even replaced old plywood that was rotten at no additional expense! they also cleaned and picked up trash every evening before they left for the day! if you need anything done please take comfort you have the best company around!

I am extremely happy that I had two windows replaced by Rolox. A bay 50” and a narrow 19” side window were replaced by Rolox Home Services. The construction was better than the original design, and far more energy efficient. Expert experienced technicians installed both windows and after two hours our home was far better off than do-it-yourself kits: the exterior proves that experience pays. As new customers, we were treated with respect and our questions were answered by the salesperson, the technicians, and office staff.
