As the owner of the company, it was a pleasure to work with you. You always tried to speak with us directly with any questions we had. When unavailable, you always made sure your staff got back to us with an answer to our questions in a timely manner.

Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.

A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!

We are incredibly pleased with all the work done, thanks Dave to you and your staff’s patience and guidance through this process. We would definitely recommend your company, crews, and personnel to anyone looking for a professional job from a quality company with experienced, respectful craftsmen who provide quality and excellence.

My wife and I have been replacing our windows in phases. We have had many quotes throughout this process. We were not planning to get the work done for several more months when Rolox gave us a call. We are so glad we gave them a chance to bid. They gave us by far the best price, and they got the job done to our satisfaction in even less time than we were promised. The installers came and stayed until the job was complete. They cleaned up and left our yard and home as good as when they arrived. The windows are beautiful and match perfectly with the ones we previously installed. They also come with a great warranty. They are energy efficient with a year-end tax credit. We are very pleased with all phases of the service we have received from Rolox Windows.

I am so very happy with the entire Rolox experience. From the initial visit with Robert, then the visit with Dustin, to the installation crew. Dustin took time to explore and explain options, without any pressure. He made sure I understood the financial part, and from all my quotes, Rolox fit my needs and budget nicely. The sliding door with the blinds is awesome! The frosted bathroom window, is "muah". The installation crew arrived early, and finished quickly. Absolutely no fuss, no mess! They removed the old windows and left everything clean. After the installation, he made sure my alarm system was reconnected and I was shown how to lock, open and close all windows and the door. I will definitely be contacting Dustin when I'm ready for the next stage of upgrading my home!

How many positive things can I say about Rolox? From the initial order with Dustin to the door and window installation with Brent, to Jr and his crew for the siding installation, the whole company is customer-service oriented and focused. Dustin was accessible from Day 1 and answered every question and every random thought I had comprehensively and with transparency, and always same-day. They sided my 3-story house and garage, both of which were in rough shape, as I bought a fixer-upper. I didn't want to just "cover-up" bad spots on my 123 year old wood-sided house (which Rolox wouldn't have done anyway) but Jr was careful, and communicative when a trouble spot was found. He worked with us to structure the completion of the job so we could make needed repairs while he worked around us. He and his crew were incredibly hard workers! They put in long hours in the middle of January and had the whole job done in 2 weeks, and it's beautiful! Jr also worked with me to save what original trim I could, and was creative about coming up with solutions when it wasn't straightforward. He knows his business, and his guys are a great team! They also cleaned up when the job was done and my yard looked cleaner than when they started! I'm so pleased with their work, and I highly recommend them. From signing the contract to having Jr start the siding was about 4.5 months, but in between Brent was there doing the other installation pieces. It felt like a long time to wait for the siding, but I can say now they're absolutely worth the wait, and I would go with Rolox no matter how long it took to get them there. I love my house, and am excited for the gutters to get installed this week. Thanks Rolox, you have a very happy customer!

We are enjoying our new windows and door. From the outside they look very sleek. On the inside, they are very nice looking. The picture window installed in our living room makes the area outside look much larger. The installers were very professional; and all 10 windows and door were installed in one day. We purchased new windows. William, the salesman, explained the products in detail very well. The installation was sooner than expected. All 7 windows that we purchased were installed in one day! The crew inspected the wood framing prior to installing the new windows to insure a solid fit. Afterwards, they made sure that nothing was left behind. Now, thanks to the new windows, our house is warm and cozy.

I want to thank the people and Rolox Home service for the new windows . They were very professional about the sale and installation of 22 windows. Dustin Myers was the sales person that showed us the different products and we were convinced that Rolox windows were the one that would work for us. They contacted us in a timely manner and were able to answer any questions that we might have. The crew of three people were able to install all 22 windows in just one day. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes I would not have believed it. They were very polite and professional about the work they did and each of them knew what they needed to do to accomplish the task at hand. I got all my windows put in today. I can’t believe how beautiful my windows look. Benjamin and his helper did a WONDERFUL JOB!! They were here on time this morning. They started right in remeasuring the windows. They moved furniture if needed. They got the windows finished before we knew it, they cleaned up afterwards. They were very polite and courteous. But my windows are Amazing. There is no draft out of the windows. I can’t wait for a cold night. I’m so glad that I got to do this now. I’m going to enjoy these for a long time. Dustin Myers is a laid back, low pressure, informative sales person, he works with you to determine what you need. Dustin is a "No high pressure sales person" who listens and can relate with you. The replacement windows are beautiful, energy efficient with reasonable pricing, and a definite improvement from my old builder grade windows. The two young men who did the installation were very professional. They were on time, courteous, very diligent to detail, efficient, and great with the prep, install and clean up. Just yesterday i had 9 windows replaced at my house and from start to finish this was a fast and friendly process. They did really good work from start to finish. Every promise was kept and everything happend on the timeline they said it would happen. They definitely made this affordable unlike some of the estimates we received throughout this entire process. I actually called and cancelled my appointment set with rolox because i was over all the high estimates received during this process, and i got a phone call asking if i could just give them 30 minutes of my time, so i said sure thats fine. Thats when Dustin came out and that 30 minute promise was kept. Dustin is great with communication from start to finish and great to work with. The guys doing the install are very respectful and they cleaned everything up inside and out after the install. I will be recomending them to people and I will also use them in the future if needed. Great Work Guys.

Everything looks great,they were fast with getting everything put in the door alone has made a big difference got windows today they look great only down fall is their pricing got quotes after we agreed to contract which was cheaper always make sure you get multiple quotes, but overall very satisfied.

We just had our new windows installed and are absolutely delighted about them. We have an older house so we choose to do a darker color on the inside and outside and they look like wooden windows until you get right up on them, which makes them look more in keeping with the age of the home.
The installers were thoughtful, prompt, hardworking, and did a really wonderful job. I was impressed that they put down plastic inside to keep the dust and debris down in the house, they picked up all the plastic and wood scraps outside before they left for the day. They even did an initial clean on the windows so we could see them looking great right from the start!
I have been especially happy with just how quiet the windows make the house. We live in mid-town so we are used to hearing traffic and sirens and people on the street, but these windows cut all that sound down to nearly nothing!

What can I say about working with Rolox Home Services for the replacement of our home's windows? ...From our initial meeting with Dustin Myers thru the installation of our new windows the experience has been simply awesome. Dustin gave an excellent presentation and demonstration as to why Rolox windows were the best, helped us with the financing options and answered every question we had. We ordered windows and within 60 days they had arrived in the exact size and finish we wanted. The Rolox installation crew was outstanding and installed all 13 windows in one day. Before they were finished they cleaned up any debris left from the installation both inside and outside, checked and rechecked each window to assure that they were installed and operated properly and reinstalled the blind brackets. We could not have asked for anything more of them...Rolox also had one of their craftsmen out to fix a loose portion of a stucco wall on our front porch. Can't even tell there had been an issue! Congratulations to David, Dustin and the Rolox staff on an exemplary job!!!

On September 3rd, 2025, we had a hailstorm come through. Not only our roof was damaged, but our trim around our windows and doors. Just as I was thinking about who to call my phone rang and it was Rolox wanting to thank us again for the siding and trim work we had done back in 2020. She asked if we needed any more services and yes, we did!

Then their salesman came by, and it was the same as in 2020. Then just today the installers came by, and it was the same installers we had back then. That alone should tell you something about Rolox Services!

The installation went smooth and they even install some trim I bought to put around the garage door, at no extra cost!

I not gonna trash your ratings with a 1 star review, but i drove by a location where you were putting in windows and asked if you had a business card and your response was "Yeah, pull out your phone and take a picture of the truck!!" then you guys all laughed. So, hey, if you're too lazy to grab a business card, and you think saying that to a new customer is funny, i will just take my business somewhere else.
Response to the owners reply. You left your reply 5 hours ago and said to call you, so i did and all i got was a recording. Here s a pic of the yard sing you left at the property, its been there for over week. I posted the review hoping to get a simple acknowledgement for the conduct, then i figured i could remove the review, or bump it up once this was dealt with. I could've left a 1 star review, but i didn't. The work you did on the house looked good but the conduct was bad when i simply asked for a card and was told to take a picture of the truck instead of them giving me a card. Thats why i left a 3 star.

I was very pleased with my experience with Rolox from start to finish. They helped my mom with her windows and siding a couple years back and now have help me with my windows. I was very impressed with the two man team that came and got the whole project done in a day. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. Will use them in the future for other house projects

The Rolox team just finished up their 5th job for us. That says a lot about them. We don’t mess around with companies that aren’t in it for customer service. We expect their best work, done with our specs, at a fair price. Really, that’s not a lot to ask, but those qualities are hard to find these days. Dave runs his company with honesty and integrity. Customer service is at the forefront of every interaction with their customers and those that are shopping around.
So far, the jobs they’ve done for us include removing and replacing our deck, a complete master bath replacement, they’ve replaced siding, layer vinyl plank flooring, and replaced 3 exterior doors. In addition to doing the work, they offered help in designing the bath and the deck, offering pro suggestions and input.
Every crew that has been here has been respectful of our property, courteous, taken great care to clean up at the end of each day, and communicate before and during each project. Their work is 2nd to none. After each job is completed, there are always follow-up calls to make sure no problems have come up.
Rolox isn’t just doors, windows, and siding. Dave and his team can do any work you need done. Our home is proof of that. There’s more to be done in our home. We will be calling Rolox for their help as things come up.

From our first meeting with Dustin (the sales guy) everything was easy. Dustin was very knowledgeable and knows his products inside out. He did not try to hard sale us!! He answered all of our questions and explained everything to our satisfaction. He also was there every step of the way.
The crew was excellent! They worked very hard and did an incredible job.
The crew chief, Jr. Was very nice and polite. He was happy to answer any questions. Jr. definitely knows his trade, he is very detail oriented.
David (the owner guy)has put together a very, very good group of people. Thank you so much David!

I couldn’t be happier with the job Rolex Home Service did on our windows! From the very first call, they were friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The crew showed up right on time, worked quickly but carefully, and cleaned up everything before they left. Our new windows look amazing, and the difference in light and comfort inside the house is unbelievable. It looks and feels like a whole new home. I really appreciated how respectful and down to earth, William Rymer, sales representative, and everyone on the team. They made the whole process stress free. We live in the Midwest in a home built in the 40’s made out of cinder blocks with stucco over it and with huge single pane windows. We’ve lived there for 13 yrs and let me tell you this house was in need of some work. After other companies said they couldn’t do it or just flat out ignored or request for bids Rolox came in and did an AMAZING job. They replaced 9 of our windows, wrapped the fascia, and painted. The house looks so good! It’s like a whole new place. Salesman, owner (yes I said owner, how many companies do you get that direct of service) and the workers were great! So polite and helpful! If your house needs a facelift or just a good sprucing up I 10/10 recommend you call these guys! You will NOT be disappointed!!

We had new windows installed in our sunroom. It all started with Dustin who walked us thru the process. Next came David to make sure everything was correct and set up an installation time. Enter Ben and Jose’ the installers they worked like little Beavers to complete the job. Had a follow up call from Dustin and then David. So far we are very satisfied with the results the windows look beautiful.

The team was amazing from the beginning. From the salesman coming out to discuss the options to the install team. The install team was fast and efficient. The install team paid close attention to detail and wanted a perfect install. I am so happy to have my new sliding door! The owner even called to ensure I was happy with my new door. I chose Rolox again after they installed my windows 12 years ago. Now all of my doors and windows are under 50 year warranty with Rolox.

I got my siding 2 yrs ago and it is still perfect!! We just had 70mph winds, ice and snow and withheld it all. They are so professional, fast and did great on clean up. You will not regret getting this beautiful siding! My utilities went down also. My house keeps warm and cool when u want it to. Book ur appointment today. U will love it.
